A Note from the Columbus365 Campaign Director

“I thank my God for every remembrance of you.” Paul gives this greeting to the church in Philippi. His message is also applicable for Columbus Avenue. Sunday morning, we celebrated the completion of Phase I updates to theCENTER. As the front door for thousands of guests to Columbus Avenue, this freshly renovated space welcomes the community and provides countless opportunities to encounter the gospel message of Jesus. I couldn’t help but be reminded of the sacrifices of those who’ve worked to bring theCENTER to its current condition – members of the Facilities 2025 committee, our faithful staff, and members who have contributed to the Columbus365 campaign. But there are countless others whose sacrifice and service through the years have helped to make theCENTER the evangelistic center it is today.
Praise be to God. Paul continued in chapter 1 of Philippians by saying:  “I thank my God upon every remembrance of you, Always in every prayer of mine for you all making request with joy, For your fellowship in the gospel from the first day until now; Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.” Be confident that the work of the Lord is underway at Columbus Avenue and it will continue until Christ’s return. Thank you for your faithfulness!
