FRIDAY Prayer Guide

“Devote yourselves to prayer; stay alert in it with thanksgiving. At the same time, pray also for us that God may open a door to us for the message, to speak the mystery of the Messiah….” Colossians 4:2-3 HCSB

Dylan Manley, Minister to Youth

  • Please pray this verse for Dylan: “I keep the LORD in mind always. Because He is at my right hand, I will not be shaken." Psalm 16:8 HCSB
  • Praise God for the awesome kickoff and response we’ve had so far with our youth. Continue in prayer as I’ve been meeting with the other youth pastors in the area and we are working on how to better work together and make an impact with the Gospel on all campuses.

“Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not rely on your own understanding; think about Him in all your ways, and He will guide you on the right paths.”  Proverbs 3:5-6 HCSB

Deacons, Bible Study Teachers and Leaders

  • Pray for a hunger and thirsting for God’s Word and an obedient spirit for all of our leaders and family of faith as we seek to serve Him in our daily walk.
  • From Fred Walters, Deacon Chairman: CABC is about to enter our stewardship and discipleship emphasis for the Facilities 2025 Program. I pray that we will prayerfully receive this teaching and that God’s Will will be manifest in our giving and our spiritual growth.
  • There are several areas of our church facilities that need upgrading. I pray that we will have the financial resources to be able to accomplish these improvements to our church so that we can minister to and attract people into our fellowship.
