BODYPUMP is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit-fast.  Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout.  It will burn up to 540 calories.  Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and tequniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music- helping you achieve much more than on your own! You'll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more!

BODYCOMBAT is a high energy matial arts-inspired workout. You'll learn how to punch, kick and strike your way to superior fitness and strength.  This non-contact workout required no experience but teaches you moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu.  Leave your inhibitions at the door and bring your best fighter attitude-you'll be releasing stress, having a blast and feeling like a champion before you know it. 


Combine fun with fitness to increase your cariovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout.  Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball is alternated with low-impact aerobic choreography.  A chair is used for standing support, stretching, and relaxation exercises.

A 60 minute class unlike any other faith & fitness class because it is designed to train you faith first, then your fitness (and body) will simply fall in line.  This class uses a mixture of cardio (through dance and rhythm sticks), strength training, and deep stretching.

Water Aerobics

Water Aerobic class offer an excellent form of cardiorespiratory exercise for those seeking a low-impact way of exercising while toning your body.  These classes will exercise and challege your whole body using stretching and strengthening exercises. Our pool is heated to around 90 degrees so you can swim in comfort all year long. We offer both deep and shallow classes.
