
This class is lower in intensity than other water aerobics classes. It works through joint mobility, strengthening and toning the body while increasing the heart rate. This class is held in both deep and shallow water, you may choose which area you would like to be in during the class. Stretching is included at the end of the class.

This class will provide basic weight training techniques using barbells and hand weights. There will be 4 sets of 10 repetitions for a full body workout. Ab exercises and stretching on the floor included.

Fit Foundations promotes proper form and foundational training with special attention to each individual. Guided by Personal Trainer Jenny, this class will include weight training and cardio exercises. It's personal attention in a group setting!
Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball is alternated with low-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is used for standing support, stretching, and relaxation exercises.

Tai-Chi
The goal of the class is to lead individuals through gentle fluid body movement. Matching movement with breath makes the practice a gentle meditative movement. Mixing guided meditation, Qigong, and Tai-Chi. The Tai-Chi portion of the class will not be progressive meaning anyone can jump in at any time! Must be able to walk and stand without assistance.
Tai-Chair: Gentle fluid movements while seated. Offered for those who need assistance in walking or standing.

This barbell workout is designed for anyone looking to get toned and fit while using light to moderate weights with lots of repetitions. Abs and stretching on the floor included.
Water Aerobics
Water Aerobic class offer an excellent form of cardiorespiratory exercise for those seeking a low-impact way of exercising while toning your body. These classes will exercise and challege your whole body using stretching and strengthening exercises. Our pool is heated to around 90 degrees so you can swim in comfort all year long. We offer both deep and shallow classes.

A class for individuals who want a safe, slower pace, with less intense poses that will gently stretch and tone the body. Tailored for the beginner or for the experienced practitioner who wants a moderate practice. The practice will include breath work and relaxation with meditation. Individuals must have the ability to rise from a seated position on the floor to a standing position.
