BODYPUMP is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit-fast.  Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout.  It will burn up to 540 calories.  Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and tequniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music- helping you achieve much more than on your own! You'll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more!

CXWORX is a challenging 30-minute core training workout that delivers proven results for all fitness levels.  It is designed to build strength, stability and endurance in the global muscles that support your core, including the abdominals, glutes and back muscles. More than just an ab workout.  The workout is designed around exercise bands, weight plates, body weight and resistance exercises. 


Combine fun with fitness to increase your cariovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout.  Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball is alternated with low-impact aerobic choreography.  A chair is used for standing support, stretching, and relaxation exercises.

Water Aerobics

Water Aerobic class offer an excellent form of cardiorespiratory exercise for those seeking a low-impact way of exercising while toning your body.  These classes will exercise and challege your whole body using stretching and strengthening exercises. Our pool is heated to around 90 degrees so you can swim in comfort all year long. We offer both deep and shallow classes.

This class is lower in intensity than other water aerobics classes.  It works throug joint mobility, strengthening and toning the body while increasing the heart rate. This class is held in both deep and shallow water,  you may choose which area you would like to be in during the class. Stretching is included at the end of the class.
