Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball is alternated with low-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is used for standing support, stretching, and relaxation exercises.

Tai-Chi
The goal of the class is to lead individuals through gentle fluid body movement. Matching movement with breath makes the practice a gentle meditative movement. Mixing guided meditation, Qigong, and Tai-Chi. The Tai-Chi portion of the class will not be progressive meaning anyone can jump in at any time!
Water Aerobics
Water Aerobic class offer an excellent form of cardiorespiratory exercise for those seeking a low-impact way of exercising while toning your body. These classes will exercise and challege your whole body using stretching and strengthening exercises. Our pool is heated to around 90 degrees so you can swim in comfort all year long. We offer both deep and shallow classes.

This class is lower in intensity than other water aerobics classes. It works through joint mobility, strengthening and toning the body while increasing the heart rate. This class is held in both deep and shallow water, you may choose which area you would like to be in during the class. Stretching is included at the end of the class.
